After our initial intake appointment, I will create a personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs and therapy goals. Typically, we will meet once a week at the beginning, and then decide together when it's best to adjust the frequency of our sessions.

I am out-of-network but can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I have also partnered with Thrizer to help you utilize out of network benefits. If you’ve already met your deductible, you may only need to pay your copay for sessions, saving you up to 70% upfront. Even if you haven’t met your deductible yet, Thrizer can still help by automatically submitting claims and applying payments toward that deductible. We know that the cost of therapy can be a significant hurdle in taking care of your mental health. Initial Assessment - $200

Follow Up Session - $180

There is a 24-hour notice required for all canceled appointments. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the session cost.
